Rydholm Projects, Inc

I interned with Rydholm Projects, Inc in the summer of 2021. Rydholm is responsible for producing popular ESPN shows like Pardon The Interruption, Around The Horn, and Highly Questionable. I learned and assisted in producing daily sports-related content and received feedback from industry professionals. For example, one project I participate in was creating a mock Fact Sheet for a TV Host to review prior to an on-air debate so they could understand both sides of the debate and take an informed position. I created one that compared Katie Ledecky and Ariarne Titmus's future in women's long-distance swimming. Additionally, during this time, I listened in on panels of employees at Rydholm who discussed television production and the sports industry.

This opportunity helped me learn the ins and outs of a production flow that can change minute by minute by breaking news, as well as storytelling skills that humanize athletes.
